I guess I break up the main qualities of great customer service into two categories: how nice they are, and how much they know. When I used the live chat to talk to a staff member, they quickly answered in a friendly, welcoming way. They actually took the time ask how I was doing rather than getting straight to business – they added a personal touch which is super important.

Knowledgeable, Helpful

More important than being friendly, though, is that they know their stuff. I had questions: What line is this bag from? Is it appropriate for business? Is it functional? How many compartments does it have? It is incredibly important that the customer service staff actually knows a thing or two about replica designer handbags and in this case, the staff had direct, knowledgeable answers for me. If you ask questions and don’t receive direct answers, I don’t recommend shopping at the site.

So, now I’m waiting on the replica purse … I mean, briefcase (I keep thinking I bought something for myself!) but I’m quite confident that it will be great.

    couldnt agree more…PV’s website got my business forever and ever because of their higyh level of customer satisfaction – and high quality as well, obviously.
